Sig Anderman is founder and CEO of Ellie Mae. He was named one
of the "Ten Most Influential People In The Mortgage Industry" by the
Inman Organization in 2005.
Carl Buccellato, Director, is a co-founder,
long-time President and Chief Executive, and currently Chairman
Emeritus of Homeowners Group, Inc., the largest network of real
estate companies in the United States, with 20,000 member real
estate offices, and 200,000 agents handling 25% of the national
volume of residential real estate. Homeowners Group, with $50 million
in annual revenues, provides a variety of support services for
its member real estate companies, including marketing programs,
insurance and other services for its member firms. Mr. Buccellato
was named Marketing Executive of the Year by the American Management
Association in 1987 and serves on a variety of industry boards,
including the President's Advisory Council on Real Estate, the
Real Estate Buyers Council.
Craig Davis was the long-time President of Washington Mutual's
Home Loans and Insurance Services Group, directing its growth in becoming
the leading mortgage banking operation in the United States. Prior to
Washington Mutual, Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President managing
mortgage origination channels for American Savings Bank and Home Savings of
America, which were acquired by Washington Mutual. Mr. Davis has also served
on several key industry and civic boards and councils including the Mortgage
Bankers Association Real Estate Board of Governors, Fannie Mae's National
Advisory Council, the Seattle World Trade Center, Local Initiatives Support
Corporation (LISC) and the Seattle Repertory Theatre.
A. Barr Dolan, President of Charter Venture Capital,
a venture capital management firm located in Palo Alto, California
and has been a general partner of Charter Ventures since 1982.
He holds M.S. and B.A. degrees from Cornell University, an M.A.
degree from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Charter Ventures is a shareholder in the Company. Mr. Dolan is
a director of several private companies.
Garrett Gruener is a co-founder of Alta, and was also a Partner at Burr, Egan, Deleage & Co., which he joined in 1992. He has more than two decades of experience in the fields of software development, systems engineering and corporate development. In 1982, he founded Virtual Microsystems, a successful communications software company that was later merged with a larger corporation. Garrett also founded Ask Jeeves, now Ask.Com, a leading Internet search engine which is now part of IAC. Garrett specializes in information technology and is on the board of directors of Aegis Lightwave, Ellie Mae, Nanomix, nCircle Network Security and Tacit Knowledge Systems.
Parker S. Kennedy is chairman and chief executive officer
of The First American Corporation and chairman of its principal subsidiary,
First American Title Insurance Company. Mr. Kennedy also serves on the
boards of directors of several community and charitable organizations.
Bernard M. Notas has, since 2003, been Chief Financial Officer and
Chief Operating Officer of BTIG, LLC, a securities firm. Mr. Notas was
previously Chief Financial Officer/Managing Director for Montgomery Securities.
Stan Pachura, Vice President of Corporate Systems, Infrastructure
& Operations for PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., manages and directs
all activities related to corporate systems planning, technology
product development, and support including PMI's Enterprise Resource
Planning, Business Intelligence and eCommerce systems. Additionally,
he oversees all of PMI's network and data center operations. Pachura
is also an Executive Sponsor for PMI's Corporate Performance Management
initiatives. Prior to assuming his current position, he was the
Vice President of Strategic Technology and e-Business for PMI Mortgage
Insurance Co. He has also held the position of Vice President of
Corporate Development where he was responsible for developing new
e-commerce business ventures for the PMI Group by pursuing new businesses,
partnerships, investments, and alliances that leverage corporate
core competencies and assets. Prior to that, Pachura was PMI's Vice
President of Customer Services. Prior to joining PMI in 1995, he
was with Key Services Inc./Goldome Realty Credit Corp. in the information
systems area. Pachura began his career as an Information Systems
Consultant with Dataware, Inc., an international provider of data
processing and system conversion software and services.
Frank Schultz is a former Chairman & CEO of ITT Financial
Corp and the original designer of the PLUS+ ATM network.
