Ellie Mae Launches Certified Systems Integrator Program

Clients benefit from access to trusted third party systems integrators that can provide one-stop shopping for their varied technology needs, including Encompass integrations

Dublin, CA—September 14, 2006—Ellie Mae, an award-winning provider of innovative software and services for the mortgage industry, announced today the launch of its Certified Systems Integrator Partner program. The program is designed to equip selected third party technology providers with the training, tools and resources to effectively service the integration needs of Ellie Mae's Encompass® users.

"Our customers have traditionally turned to us for expert integration services and technology advice for the deployment of Encompass," explains Joe Puthur, director of hosted and professional services at Ellie Mae. "When it comes to technology support, though, we know they need more than just Encompass support. They also need support for other technologies they rely on, such as servers, PCs, etcetera. Now, as an extension of our services, our customers have the ability to leverage the services of selected technology providers that can confidently assist with Encompass systems as well as other technology systems they are running."

Effective immediately, Certified Encompass Systems Integrators can offer Encompass users a variety of services in addition to their array of standard support services, including Encompass deployment consulting; Encompass deployment; Encompass database configuration; Encompass back-up planning and disaster recovery; and Encompass business workflow consulting.

Ellie Mae designed the Certified Systems Integrator Program with its customers' best interests in mind. In order to become a Certified Encompass Systems Integrator, service providers must currently serve the mortgage industry; they must support products and services that are complementary to the loan origination process; and must maintain critical certifications for technology organizations such as Microsoft®. Companies are carefully selected based on credentials, experience, and a review of customer referrals.

"After our comprehensive training, our partners are empowered to assist Encompass users with a wide range of Encompass-specific technology requests, including the installation of servers, configuration and special scenarios," adds Puthur. "As part of the program, Certified Encompass Systems Integrators are given all the tools and software necessary to efficiently meet the needs of Encompass users and are then tested on their understanding and abilities."

Two companies, RCM Technologies and Wise Point Solutions, have already undergone the pre-screening and thorough certification program.
