Your Ellie Mae annual maintenance contract entitles you to a host of services from Ellie Mae, including:

• unlimited customer support
• free top-quality training
• free Encompass upgrades

Ellie Mae regularly adds features and capabilities to Encompass that will benefit your business, and you won't want to miss them. By keeping your maintenance agreement current, you'll be assured of always having the most up-to-date software, and having the confidence of knowing that Ellie Mae's product experts are just a click or a phone call away.

We've made it very easy for you to keep your maintenance up to date. Just visit Ellie Mae Service Central, where you can pay your maintenance online and manage other aspects of your Ellie Mae account.

Please note that maintenance fees are not required to continue to use the software. Should your account expire, however, you will no longer be eligible for any of the services mentioned above, and a fee is charged for reactivation.

If you prefer to renew your maintenance by mail, you can send a check, made payable to Ellie Mae, to us 4155 Hopyard Road, Suite 200, Pleasanton, CA 94588. Please be sure to include your Client ID on your check so your payment can be properly credited.
