Electronic Document Management Add-On
Electronic Document Management (EDM) provides a centralized interface within Encompass to request, manage and submit all electronic documents. Loan officers, processors and brokers will be able to cost-effectively store, manage, and deliver electronic loan documents right from within their Encompass system, and to seamlessly interact with borrowers, realtors, underwriters and lenders.
In addition to the baseline features of EDM included with Encompass, several very valuable add-ons are available to provide even greater gains in productivity.
Complete electronic loan file
With little effort, originators will be able to convert paper loan documents such as borrower applications, appraisals, bank statements, closing packages and security instruments into electronic documents. Documents such as the 1003 and GFE, services ordered through the ePASS Network, faxed physical documents, and uploaded scanned documents will be stored in the eFolder (electronic folder) within Encompass, ensuring that all stored documents are linked to loans in the software.
