SaaS delivery of Encompass360 includes unlimited Electronic Document Management for all users, as well as online customer web portals for your corporate headquarters, branches and loan officers. The self-hosted model does not include those benefits, although they can be purchased separately through the Encompass360 CenterWise service. The Success-Based Pricing ‘pay as you go’ SaaS model also includes integrated access to product and pricing, automated compliance checks and compliant initial and closing documents.

Is software maintenance included in the pricing?

Yes. We provide all the software maintenance, ongoing compliance updates, new enhancements and major software upgrades, at no additional cost.

Ellie Mae’s processes and services are certified Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2) Type II examination under AT Section 101, Attest Engagements. The successful completion of this comprehensive audit indicates that an independent accounting and auditing firm has tested the company’s processes, procedures and controls. The examination included Ellie Mae’s controls related to the Trust Services Principles and Criteria of Security, Availability and Confidentiality of Ellie Mae’s SaaS offerings. The company believes it is the first loan origination system (LOS) provider to undergo a SOC 2 examination.
