Renewing your Software Maintenance
It is important not to let your maintenance contract lapse as fees will apply to reinstate a lapsed contract. As soon as you receive your maintenance renewal notice, you have two convenient ways to pay. You can easily pay online at Service Central or by calling Ellie Mae Accounting at 888-527-3829. Please have your invoice and payment ready when you call.
Reinstating your Software Maintenance After Expiration
If your maintenance contract has lapsed, you will need to reinstate it by calling 1-888-527-3829 option 1. Contract reinstatement fees will apply; please call us for more details.
