Lisa Evans
Lisa Evans brings a wealth of mortgage experience to Ellie Mae University. Prior to joining the group, she spent four years in Ellie Mae Document Services as department manager. She headed up the processing department at Contour Software prior to the company's acquisition by Ellie Mae. Lisa worked 16 years for Bank of America, the last three in the Builder Sales Division specializing in new builder mortgage business. Lisa has six years of experience as a processor with both a major mortgage lender and a local broker, and spent an additional three years with WMC Mortgage as a loan officer.

Annie Jacobsen
Annie Jacobsen has honed her teaching and curriculum development skills over the past eleven years with well known technology companies, including PeopleSoft and SBC (now AT&T). She has extensive experience in needs assessment and mentoring as well as technical, soft skills, and web-based training. She has developed and upgraded training guides, environments, and activities, developed training standards, created and delivered WebCasts, and developed UNIX shell scripts for training environments. Annie specializes in not only improving students' skills, but in helping students become confident in their ability to use technology to solve problems.
