Want a better borrower experience in 2019? New AllRegs® Online updates will pave the way.

It’s resolution time for all of us, and Ellie Mae has gotten an early jump on things. The consensus has been that our popular AllRegs® Online resource was overdue for a refresh.  So, over the last year, our team has worked hard to ensure that we are aligned with our customers’ interests and can provide an updated experience with new features and navigation capabilities.

AllRegs is already being used by thousands of mortgage professionals to reference agency and correspondent investor guidelines, products, and forms. It’s also used to research state and federal compliance statutes and regulations. In short, it provides a current, accurate, single source of truth to simplify management and create a better borrower experience.

Coming in January, 2019, the updated AllRegs Online will allow you to organize your favorite content into convenient folders and get quick access to documents and recent research. Key features will include:

  • A personalized home page that puts all relevant content and tools at your fingertips
  • New and improved search results, with focused scope and the ability to search across multiple libraries, so you can find exactly what you need in just a few clicks
  • A modernized interface that allows you to catalog and organize your favorite content, and get quick access to document trails and recent research
  • Enhanced notes functionality that will keep you and your organization informed and operating efficiently

We recently previewed these and other updates with some of our customers, and they can’t wait to put them to use:

“I am excited to share the new AllRegs Online enhancements with our team here at Bell Bank. These upgrades and new features will enhance efficiency and increase overall production!  AllRegs continues to make my job of supporting staff easier and our team better!”
