Ellie Mae Cares Gets Rolling With 3rd Annual Bocce Ball Tournament

Every year, Ellie Mae Cares organizes a Bocce Ball Tournament at our headquarters in Pleasanton, CA. The tournament provides employees with a day of opportunities to gather, compete, have fun, and meet others while also raising money for charity.

This year, the event took place Thursday, June 14 all day at the bocce ball courts in Pleasanton and featured 32 teams competing for the coveted Bocce Ball Tournament Cup. In the end, it was team Pallino Connect who emerged victorious after a competitive and fun-filled day of games. Congratulations to team Pallino Connect!

Each team that participated contributed a $100 donation which translated to over $3,000 donated to our giving back initiative, Ellie Mae Cares. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and cheered on teams in the tournament! Coupled with the tournament was a volunteer sign-up booth for the upcoming Ellie Mae Classic. The booth saw many employees signing up as volunteers and seeking information on how to give back to their community during the Classic. Ellie Mae's commitment to service continues throughout the year, with our next major event – a backpack stuffing drive for the Family Giving Tree - happening at headquarters in Pleasanton, CA on July 22.
