For online mortgage lender CapWest Home Loans, speed to contact and borrower convenience are key to converting leads into new loans.

To stay one step ahead of the competition, it needed a sophisticated, customizable lead management solution with all the right features—like an automated dialer and automatic text and email response options.

The solution had to pull new leads in from its aggregators and prioritize these by those most likely to convert to a sale. Just as important, it had to integrate with Encompass and the company’s Point-of-Sale solution to ensure information flowed seamlessly between the systems.
