Encompass Mobile Now Available

Encompass Mobile™ gives LOs the ability to work on their tablet or phone to create, view and edit loans. They can also order credit and import liabilities, submit lock requests via Encompass Product and Pricing Service™, and more.

Almost half of our hosted Encompass® Banker Edition clients are enabled with the service, and they are quickly seeing that there is “huge potential with a mobile platform,” according to Nathan Majchrzak, branch manager, VanDyk Mortgage Corporation. “Having the ability to originate on a mobile platform allows us to interact with our customers and referral partners more efficiently and without geographic restriction."

On-Demand Webinars - Amazon Web Services, Compliance Management and More

Two recent Ellie Mae webinars are now available on demand – one overviewing our soon-to-arrive Compliance Management System, the other detailing Ellie Mae’s strategy to begin leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS). Moving Encompass online services to AWS will enhance data security, compliance, performance and scalability – all with no change to how you receive services or support.

The Ellie Mae Compliance Management System™ will deliver one dashboard to help you manage compliance within your organization. It will also help you establish policies and procedures, educate management and staff, respond to customer complaints, and manage vendor partners.

Radian Non-Delegated Data and Document Submission
Coming to Encompass

Radian Non-Delegated Data and Document Submission is coming to Encompass this month. This integration will allow you to submit Non-Delegated data and documents to Radian and receive Radian Decision Documents without leaving Encompass.  It will be easy to submit and update Non-Delegated data to Radian any time during the underwriting process. Lenders can send comments to Radian with the Non-Delegated data submission as well as document package. Lenders can also use a stacking order to send documents to Radian. All document submissions are captured in a history log. You can also check the status of the loan and retrieve the decision document into the Encompass eFolder, and ship non-delegated documents from the Encompass eFolder, your hard drive, or a combination of both. Lenders will be alerted in Encompass when the Radian MI Decision is ready. New Mortech Advanced Pricing Integration Available in Encompass

A new Advanced Pricing integration between Mortech’s product and pricing engine and secondary marketing solutions helps Encompass users eliminate manual data entry and enables lenders to automate the transfer of detailed loan pricing information from Mortech to Encompass. The integration provides a feature-rich platform for Mortech to quickly implement pricing functionality enhancements within Encompass as the market changes. In addition to the advanced pricing functionality, the new integration also provides third-party origination pricing functionality for a turnkey channel manager solution. Lenders now have the ability to transmit proprietary pricing to Mortech for seamless distribution of initial and intraday rate changes while including base rates, service release premiums, loan-level price adjustments and layered profitability.
